CrediVault is committed to accessibility for all healthcare providers. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA as our target standard.

Known limitations

Some areas of our product (the PDF editor and AI form-fill wizard) are in active development for full keyboard and screen-reader compatibility. Contact us if you encounter barriers in those areas and we'll prioritize accommodations.

Standards and tooling

We test against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria using a combination of automated tools (Lighthouse, axe) and manual keyboard / screen-reader passes during release reviews.
